The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee - The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period Ranges From 24 Months To A Maximum Of 48 Months.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Contract Constitutes One Purchasing Category And Due To The Identity Of The Subject Matter, It Does Not In Any Way Hinder Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises From Submitting An Offer. Moreover, Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Involve Excessive Technical Difficulties, I.E.
