Krasne, 36-007 Krasne 743, In The Quantity Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Procurement Documents.4. Meals Will Be Delivered Every Day From Monday To Friday During Breakfast Hours. 07:00-07:30, Lunch 12:30-13:00, Excluding Public Holidays.5. Receipt Of The Delivered Meals Will Be Each Time Confirmed By A Delivery Report Specifying The Number Of Meals Delivered And Signed By An Authorized Ddp Employee.6. Meals Must Be Absolutely Fresh And Prepared On The Day Of Delivery.7. Meals Must Be Varied, High Quality - Both In Terms Of Nutritional Value And Aesthetics, And Take Into Account The Polish Culinary Tradition.8. The Contractor Will Deliver The Menu To The Ordering Party For The Coming Two Weeks No Later Than The Last Day Of The Week Preceding The Next Two Weeks (The So-Called Decade Menu). The Menu Must Include A List Of Generic Meals.2. Eligible Residents Of The Day Care Home In Krasne, Approximately 20 People, Will Benefit From The Meals. The Estimated Maximum Number Of Meals (Including Breakfast, Lunch, Drinks) Is 10,120 Pieces (2 Meals A Day X 20 People X 253 Days). To Price The Offer, You Should Assume The Rate Per Person-Day, I.E.
