The Material Scope Includes: A) Preparation Of 1/5 Of The Sand And Salt Mixture (Collecting The Appropriate Amount Of Sand And Salt, Mixing In The Appropriate Proportion, Securing The Piles With Foil And Storing The Ready Mixture, Loading The Mixture) Intended For The Removal Of Black Ice In An Amount Of Min. 100 Tons Within 7 Days After Signing The Contract - Verification By The Ordering Party. B) Clearing Snow And Removing Black Ice, Maintaining The Passability Of Designated Sections Of Municipal Streets And Roads, C) Providing Winter Equipment And Maintaining It In Full Technical Efficiency And Performing The Necessary Technical Service, D) Ensuring The Availability Of Employees Responsible For The Proper Performance Of The Service, Conducting Winter Action (Taking Immediate Action In The Event Of Unfavorable Weather Conditions), Ensuring Telephone Communication With Those Operating Winter Equipment (Equipped With Mobile Phones).2. Detailed Conditions Required From Contractors: Contractors Participating In The Procedure Must Have The Above-Mentioned Equipment For Winter Road Maintenance (Own Equipment, Made Available By Another Entity). Required Equipment: - Tractor With An Engine Power Above 100 Hp With A 4X4 Drive Equipped With A Sand Spreader, A Single-Sided Plow With A Rubber Blade And A Double-Sided Plow With A Metal Blade - 4 Pcs. (Equipment And Contractors Service) – 4 Units - Trucks Above 18 Tons With A Sand Spreader And A One-Sided Plow With A Rubber Blade (Contractors Equipment And Service) - 2 Units - Tractor With A Sand Spreader And One-Side Plow, 4X4 Drive (The Total Weight Of The Entire Set, I.E. Carrier + Sand Spreader + Sand And Salt Mixture Cannot Exceed 2000 Kg) - 1 Unit3. The Ordering Party Informs That At The Stage Of Submitting Offers, It Does Not Require The Submission Of An Offer Cost Estimate According To The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz. The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit This Offer Cost Estimate Before Signing The Contract.
