The Information Provided Must Relate To The Devices/Products Offered. This Information Must Be So Detailed That In The Event Of Various Configurations Of Devices/Products, It Is Possible To Clearly Determine What Device/Product Is Offered By The Contractor.4. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Fully Operational And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Must Meet The Applicable Quality And Technical Standards, Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Must Be Consistent With The Contractors Offer, Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Rights In Favor Of Third Parties, Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of Warranty Rights, Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party, Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale On The Day The Offer Is Prepared.5.
