The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of The Following Hardware And Software: A) Server - 2 Pieces, B) Matrix - 1 Piece, C) Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Data Center Software - 2 Licenses; D) Cal Per User Access Licenses - 250 Licenses; Meeting The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 1A To Swz - Detailed Delivery Specification2) Service Implementation Of Installation And Configuration In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 A To The Swz - Detailed Delivery Specification2. Other Requirements: 1) It Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Order: Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects, In The Manufacturers Original Packaging With An Intact Serial Number, Coming From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Equipment Manufacturer For The Polish Market And Made Using Safe Technologies, Must Be In The Manufacturers Permanent Offer On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer; 2) Software With Legal Attributes, Activation Keys Not Used Before, 3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Has Certificates Of Compliance With Eu Requirements - All Products That Require It Should Have The Necessary Current Safety Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law And Have The Ce Marking. 4) Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Etc. Will Be Attached To The Goods That Are The Subject Of The Offer Along With The Delivery. 5) The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Latest Drivers And Updates On The Device Manufacturers Website By Providing The Serial Number On The Manufacturers Dedicated Website, 6) The Contractor Will Ensure Transport, Unloading And Bringing The Supplies To The Building Premises During The Ordering Partys Working Hours After Prior Telephone Arrangement, 7) The Operating System Must Be Unused And Never Previously Activated On Another Device, 8) System Software And Office Equipment Must Be Delivered With The Appropriate Original Legality Attributes,9) The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Verifying The Originality Of The Delivered Computer Programs With The Software Manufacturer In The Event Of Doubts As To Its Legality,10) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Refabricated Or Used Equipment,11) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Any Interference Outside The Manufacturer In The Delivered Equipment Before Delivery To The Ordering Party.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 A To The Swz - Detailed Specification Of Supplies - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Published In Electronic Version On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz.
