The Order Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Eliminating Factors Threatening Health In The Workplace And Improving Work Ergonomics In The County Office In Piła Co-Financed Under The European Funds For Wielkopolska 2021-2027 Program (Few) Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+), Priority: Fewp.06 European Funds For Wielkopolska With A Stronger Social Dimension; Measure 06.04 Support For Employees And Employers.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Additional Equipment For 18 Workstations Of The Communication Department (Construction And Assembly); 2) Workstations Of The Communication Department, Including: Desks Adapted To Work At A Computer With A Cabinet With Drawers For 8 Workstations (Construction And Assembly).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 5. Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Min. 12 Months (Offer Evaluation Criteria In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).6. The Order Includes Delivery And Installation Of Additional Equipment To The Communication Department Of The County Office In Piła, Aleja Niepodległości 33/35. 7. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.8. The Subject Of The Order Should Be New, Not Bearing Traces Of Use, Undamaged, Without Defects, Without Construction Or Workmanship Defects Or Resulting From Other Negligence Of The Contractor That Would Be Revealed During Their Use, And Meet The Technical And Quality Parameters Required By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Legal Defects Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order, Including Any Claims Of Third Parties Resulting From Infringement Of Intellectual Or Industrial Property Rights, Including Patents, Protection Rights For Trademarks And Registration Rights For Utility And Industrial Models.9. Some Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Are Minimum Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Better Parameters.10. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Violations Of Law And Damages That May Occur In Connection With The Execution Of The Order.11. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection.12. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Pzp.13 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure (Item No. 1.2.11 In The Plan Of Procurement Procedures For 2025).
