Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Polkowice District In The 2025-2026 Season, In The Scope Of Part No. 1 - Grębocice Region

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Service Entitled: Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Polkowice District In The 2025-2026 Season, Within The Scope Of Part No. 1 - Grębocice Region, Consisting In The Implementation Of The Following Tasks: A) Preventive Measures, Including E.G. Passive Protection Of Roads Against Wind Blowing, Meteorological Analysis, Etc., B) Snow Removal From Road Sequences, I.E. Roadways, C) Combating The Slipperiness Of Road Surfaces And Black Ice (By Sprinkling), D) Removing Winter Slipperiness By Using Road De-Icing Fluxes Or Roughening Materials, E) Keeping Equipment To Combat The Effects Of Winter In Constant Readiness, F) Readiness To Provide Services.2. The Type Of Tasks Performed Depends On The Type Of Work Performed On Individual Parts Of The Order.3. Conditions Of The Order: A) The Ordering Party Provides The Contractors With Rough Materials For Sprinkling Roads And Sidewalks. B) The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor Or Subcontractor During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. C) The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Caused By Incorrect Execution Of The Order Or Omission Of Work. D) The Contractor Is Obliged During The Execution Of This Order, Have Insurance Against Civil Liability For Damage And Consequences Of Accidents. E) When Executing The Order, The Contractor Should Have Employees Necessary To Perform The Order (Drivers, Operators), Trained At The Workplace And Having Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations Required By Law - For Which The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility. F) Before Starting Work, The Operator Should Inspect The Equipment And Check The Correct Operation And Condition Technical. During Work, The Operator Should Only Perform Activities Related To The Operation Of The Equipment, Constantly Observe The Work Equipment, Pay Close Attention To The Safety Of People And Vehicles Nearby, And Comply With The Applicable Rules Of The Highway Code. G) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Constant Contact Of The Ordering Party With Persons Participating In Winter Road Maintenance During The Services Provided. H) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Install An Equipment Operation Monitoring System (Type Gps). In The Event Of Damage To The Above-Mentioned Equipment, An Employee Of The Ordering Party Must Be Notified Immediately. Damage To The Monitoring System Caused By The Contractors Fault Will Be Repaired At His Expense. I) The Number Of Winter Maintenance Hours For Individual Parts Of The Order Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party Resulting From Weather Conditions. The Above Information Is Confirmed By The Pzdp Officer On Duty, Based On The Gps Monitoring System Records, And Will Constitute The Basis For Determining The Operating Time Of The Equipment Performing The Zud Service In The Field. K) The Equipment Should Be Prepared To Such An Extent That The Contractor Can Use
