The Subject Of The Order Includes Retrofitting Workstations With Noise-Suppressing Panels, Desk Containers And Desks With Electrical Height Adjustment. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of: 1) Noise-Suppressing Panels For Ergonomic Desks - 80 Pcs., 2) Containers For Ergonomic Desks - 80 Pcs., 3) Desks With Electrical Height Adjustment - 30 Pcs. 4. The Order Includes The Delivery And Bringing In The Equipment Specified In Point. 3.3. Swz To The District Office In Piła, Aleja Niepodległości 33/35. The Ordering Party Allows The Delivery Of Complex Equipment Or Will Provide The Contractor With A Room Where He Can Assemble It - From Monday To Friday During Office Hours, I.E. From 7:30 To 15:30.5. The Equipment Covered By The Order Must Have Certificates Or Other Documents Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.6. The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Must Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Welfare Of December 1, 1998 On Occupational Health And Safety At Workstations Equipped With Screen Monitors (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 58, Consolidated Text).7. The Equipment Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Should Be Brand New, Bearing No Traces Of Use, Undamaged, Without Defects, Without Construction Or Workmanship Defects Or Resulting From Other Negligence Of The Contractor Or Equipment Manufacturer That Would Become Apparent During Their Use, And Meet The Technical And Quality Parameters Required By The Ordering Party.8. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Legal Defects Of The Offered And Delivered Equipment Constituting The Workstation Equipment, Including Any Claims Of Third Parties Resulting From Infringement Of Intellectual Or Industrial Property Rights, Including Patents, Trademark Protection Rights And Rights From Registration Of Utility And Industrial Models, Remaining In Connection With Placing The Equipment In Question On The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, For Any Claims Of Third Parties Arising From Patent Rights Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are The Sole Responsibility Of The Contractor.9. The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Constituting The Workstation Equipment Must Be Approved For Trading
