Głowackiego 6 In Olsztyn.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Disassembly And Disposal Of Old Luminaires (Including Fluorescent Lamps), 2) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Headquarters By Transport Organized By The Contractor And Installation Of New Luminaires, 3) Measurement Of Interior Lighting Intensity At Workstations, 4) Granting A Warranty Under The Conditions Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu), Which Constitute Annex No. 5 To Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Building Inventory And Lighting Intensity Designs, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Ppu, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. This Is A Supply Order With The Basic Dictionary Alphanumeric Code Cpv: 31500000-1 Lighting Devices And Electric Lamps. Additional Cpv Codes:45310000-3 Electrical Installation Works6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bills Of Quantities, Stwiorb Or Lighting Intensity Designs Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, As Well As Standards, Technical Approvals And Reference Systems, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Materials Or Devices. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites.
