1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Integration Of Photovoltaic Installations With Electricity Storage For 7 Water Treatment Plants (Suw) In The Warka Commune.2. Material Scope: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation (Technical And Executive Design, If Necessary, Notifications/Permits, Opinions, Industry Arrangements, Fire Protection And Occupational Health And Safety) For Each Suw. B) Delivery And Assembly Of The Pv Installation (Structures, Modules, Dc/Ac Cabling, Protections, Switchboards, Grounding And Lps (Lightning Protection System), Fire Protection Power Switch Direct/Alternating Current - Pv Fire Protection Switch).C) Delivery And Installation Of Energy Storage Units (Ess) With Bms And Ems, Hybrid Inverters/Converters With Reserve Power Function (Backup) And Automatic Power Switching System (Szr/Ats) For Critical Suw Circuits.D) Integration With Existing Switchboards And Suw Automation, Including Separation And Power Supply Of Priority Loads (Pumps, Disinfection, Automation). E) Ict Integration With The Employers Monitoring/Scada System (Issuance Of Documented Data Registers, Protocols: Modbus Tcp/Ip Or Equivalent). F) Commissioning, Measurements And Acceptance Tests, Including Tests Of Operation In Island Mode / Black-Start For Powering Critical Circuits.G) Delivery Of Complete As-Built Documentation, Operation And Maintenance (O&M) Instructions And Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff.H) Warranty Service And Removal Of Critical Failures Within 24 Hours On Business Days; Permanent Access To The Portal/Remote Diagnostics. The Task Will Be Co-Financed By The Provincial Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz.
