Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Implementation Of Server And Network Equipment With Software. As Part Of The Project Titled Cybersecure Zielonka - Strengthened Resistance To Digital Threats At The Zielonka City Hall And Units Subordinated To The City

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Implementation Of Server And Network Equipment With Software As Part Of The Project Titled: Cybersecure Zielonka - Strengthening Resistance To Digital Threats At The Zielonka City Hall And Units Subordinated To The City. The Order Includes: Purchase Of Server And Network Equipment And Software, Hardware Installation And Configuration Services Along With Software Installation And Data Migration To A New It Environment And Training In The Implemented Solutions For The Zielonka City Hall, Four Primary Schools In Zielonka, The Shared Services Center In Zielonka And The Social Welfare Center In Zielonka. 2. The Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For Hardware And Software Is Specified In Point. 1.3 Opz (Appendix No. 1 To Swz). In Selected Items In Which The Time Range 24 - 60 Months Has Been Entered, The Contractor Has The Option Of Offering A Warranty Period In The Offer Form Within The Indicated Time Ranges - One (The Same) Warranty Period For All Opz Items Selected By The Ordering Party. The Warranty Period Adopted By The Contractor For These Items Is A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers, In Accordance With Point. Xix.3 Swz. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party, Without Any Reservations. 3. Order Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Program, Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Action 2.2 - Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To This Terms Of Reference (Swz). All Requirements Specified In The Opz (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) Are Minimum Requirements - Unless Otherwise Stated, The Offered Hardware And Software Must Have Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Opz. Meeting These Requirements Is Mandatory. In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), Contractors Are Obliged To Provide: The Name Of The Manufacturer, Type Or Model Or Version Of The Offered Hardware And Software, And In Relation To Server_1 And Server_2, The Passmark–Cpu Mark Test Results Of The Offered Multi-Core Processors For Server Purposes, Which Were Generated No Earlier Than On The Date Of The Order Announcement Or The Test Results Specrate2017_Int_Base Of Offered Multi-Core Processors For Server Purposes, For Single-Processor Configurations, Generated No Earlier Than On The Date Of The Order Announcement.
