A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1.1.-1.4. To The Swz (Technical Specification) And Drafted Contractual Provisions, Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3.5. Place Of Implementation: Veterinary Hygiene Department In Krakow, Ul. Brodowicza 13B - Place In The Building Indicated By The Ordering Party (Building Without An Elevator).3.6. The Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party.3.7. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused. 3.8. The Required Warranty Period Is At Least 24 Months (Applies To Each Part Of The Order). The Warranty Is One Of The Offer Selection Criteria. 3.9. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Swz Or The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products, They Have An Exemplary Nature And Meaning And Solutions Equivalent To Those Described May Be Used Each Time, Meeting The Assumptions Of The Swz And Not Changing Its Meaning. When Assessing Equivalence, The Ordering Party Will Examine The Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Proposed Solutions. The Ordering Party Allows An Equivalent Subject Of The Order To Be Offered, Provided That It Has Parameters And Functionality No Worse Than The Solutions Described. In Situations Where The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Referring To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3/10 If References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Indication Should Always Be Treated As Supplemented With The Additional Wording Or Equivalent.
