The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Training: Laboratory Diagnostics In Practice For 20 Veterinary Technician Students. The Classes Are To Be Practical Workshop Exercises With A Trainer. As Part Of The Training, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Training Aimed At Achieving At Least The Following Educational Outcomes (Minimum Scope): 1. Hematological Tests And Their Practical Interpretation,2. Selection And Interpretation Of Blood Biochemical Test Results,3. Discussing Current Clinical Cases. Duration And Date: The Training Is To Be Conducted In 2 Groups (Group Of 8-12 People), Each With 16 Hours Of Classes (I.E. A Total Of 32 Hours Of Classes). Completion Deadline: No Later Than April 30, 2026. An Hour Of Classes Should Be Understood As 60 Minutes - Including 45 Minutes Of Classes And A 15-Minute Break, The Length Of The Breaks Can Be Determined Flexibly. The Number Of Training Hours In One Day Cannot Exceed 8 Hours. The Schedule Of Classes Must Take Into Account The Fact That Participants Are Full-Time Students, So Possible Dates Are Monday - Friday (Afternoon Hours, Ending No Later Than 6 P.M.) Or Saturdays. In The Case Of Classes Outside Łódź, Classes May Be Held Between 8 A.M. And 5 P.M. On Monday - Friday On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. Responsibilities:1. Before The Service Is Provided - Preparation And Submission In Electronic Version To The Ordering Party Of The Course Program And Schedule Of Classes (Dates In The Schedule To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party) A) The Program Includes At Least: Title Of Training, Number Of Hours, Lecturer, Date And Place Of Training, Training Objectives, Effects And Effect Measurement Indicators, Evaluation Criteria, Topics Of Classes Along With The Number Of Hours Of Training On A Given Topic. B) The Schedule Includes At Least: Date And Place Of Training, Title Of Training, Lecturer And Hours Of Training.2. Providing Training Materials Containing The Entire Range Of Topics That Will Be In The Participants Possession, E.G. Scripts In Paper Or Electronic Version, Books Or Other Materials (Adequate To The Training Topic).3. Keeping A Diary Of Classes (According To The Ordering Partys Template), Including Attendance Lists And Informing The Ordering Party About The Course Participants Absences4. Organizing And Verifying The Acquisition Of Competences Of Students (As Described Above Regarding The 4-Stage Procedure For Acquiring Competences).5. Issuing A Certificate Confirming The Acquisition Of Competences (If Applicable) Or A Certificate Confirming Participation In Training.6. Providing, After Completion Of The Service, The Originals Of The Following Documents: A) Class Program, B) Class Schedule, C) Class Diary Containing The Attendance List, Number Of Hours And Topics Of Educational Classes, D) Copies Of Training Materials Containing The Entire Range Of Topics, E) Participants Declarations On Receipt Of Training Materials, F) Class Minutes, G) Tools Confirming Verification Of The Acquisit
