The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Comprehensive Investor And Conservation Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting In Construction, Assembly, Thermal Modernization And Modernization Works Of 9 Municipal Buildings In The City Of Zgierz Commune, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Municipal Buildings In The City Of Zgierz Commune, Co-Financed Under Measure Feld.02.02 Efficiency Energy – Zit Łódź Metropolitan Area”, As Part Of The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027. The Construction Supervision Inspector Is Obliged To Supervise The Proper Implementation Of Works, Including, Among Others: In Accordance With: A) With Swz, Design Documentation, Energy Audits, Opinions Of The Conservator Of Monuments, Environmental Opinions, B) With Detailed Technical Specifications, C) With The Proper Sequence And Timeliness Of Their Implementation, D) With Construction Practice, E) With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, F) With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of August 2, 2018 On Carrying Out Conservation Work, Restoration Work And Conservation Research On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Or On The List Of Heritage Treasures And Construction Works, Architectural Research And Other Activities On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments, As Well As Archaeological Research And Searches For Monuments, G) With Other Documents Regulating The Correctness Of The Construction Process, Including Work On Historic Buildings, H) With Guidelines In The Implementation Of Projects Co-Financed From Eu Funds.
