Part 1 Entitled Delivery Of A Brand New Backhoe Loadera) A Detailed Description Of The Parameters And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Determined By:• Form Of Technical And Operational Requirements For The Backhoe Loader - Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz,• Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.B) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Backhoe Loader Be Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025 For The Markets European.C) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Backhoe Loader With The Necessary Equipment That Meets The Requirements Specified In The Terms Of Reference And Its Annexes (In Particular In The Vehicles Technical And Operational Requirements Form And The Draft Contractual Provisions). D) The Self-Propelled Backhoe Loader Must Be Technically Efficient And Ready For Work.E) The Vehicle Must Be Equipped In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law, The Road Transport Act And Related Regulations. F) The Subject Of The Order Should Meet Applicable Standards, Technical And Quality Parameters, Have The Necessary Approvals And A Ce Certificate Of Conformity. G) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Equipped With All Systems Required By Law And Standard Factory Equipment, Also Not Listed In The Swz By The Ordering Party. H) The Vehicle Equipment Should Include, Among Others: A Fire Extinguisher, A First Aid Kit And A Warning Triangle. I) The Backhoe Loader Must Be From Series Production. It Is Not Allowed To Offer A Vehicle From Individual Production And One Whose Parameters Have Been Specially Changed To Meet The Requirements Of This Procedure.J) The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of The Backhoe Loader Using Its Own Means Of Transport Or Those At Its Disposal, In Accordance With The Applicable Road Traffic Regulations. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Conditions And Safety Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.K) The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.L) The Costs Of Insurance For The Duration Of Transport To The Place Of Destination And Unloading At The Place Of Destination Are Borne By The Contractor.M) The Place Of Delivery Of The Vehicle Will Be The Seat Of The Miejsko-Gminny Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej In Żabno, Located At: Ul. Saint Jana 3, 33-240 Żabnon) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party.O) The Contractor Undertakes To Notify The Ordering Party About The Planned Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Agreement Via E-Mail 3 Days In Advance.P) The Contractor, Upon Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party, Will Provide Documents Related To The Authorization Of The Vehicle For Operation, Including: Compliance With Ce Standards• Service Inspection Bookq) On The Day Of Delivery Of The Backhoe Loader, The Contractor Will Provide, Within The Amount Specified In The Offer Form, Training For 2 (Two) Employees Of The Ordering Party - In The Operation,
