Tenders are invited for Hardware Goods (Trolley Wheels, Castor Wheels, Methylated Spirits, Iron Plates, Power Tools, Cement, Sand, Metal, Kinds of Tiles, Bathroom Sets, Paints, Wood, Timber, Mdf/Plywood Sheets, Etc). A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000.00 should be paid to the Shroff of the National Hospital, Kandy in cash for each item and the original receipt (Form General 172) should be attached to the application. In addition to that amount may be deposited in Bank Account No. 7040213 maintained at Kandy (002) Branch of Bank of Ceylon in favour of "Director, National Hospital, Kandy" and clear copy of the Bank Deposit Slip clearly mentioning the name of institution and numbers of the items applying for should be sent by email to [email protected] on the same day and the original of the receipt should be attached to the application and submitted.
