Tenders are invited for Go To Market Consultant ACT Smart Innovation Hub. Context & Background Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon. Through the Clyntech Accelerator Program, startups receive support to develop their Minimum Viable Product, test it with early adopters, and build their capacity to establish their business from marketing, financial, management and operational levels. The Program aims to contribute to job creation and sustainable economic development while advancing the Lebanese entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Clyntech Accelerator Programs mission is to nurture and grow proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics: An innovation with scientific or technological focus in the Cleantech sector. The possibility to scale beyond the local market The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally Scope of work The Accelerator Program seeks to empower entrepreneurs to build their Go-to-Market strategies, moving from customer discovery to launch readiness. The selected consultant will design and deliver a structured Go-to-Market Sprint made up of four thematic sprints, each combining one group workshop (3 hours) and dedicated one-on-one coaching clinics with each of the 13 participating startups. Each sprint should be practical, outcome-oriented, and designed to help startups progress toward a clear and validated Go-to-Market strategy. Sprint 1 Market & Customer Discovery Objective: Help startups understand their target market and define their ideal customers. Content: Introduce customer discovery frameworks and lean validation principles. Guide teams in building detailed customer personas and mapping key pain points. Train the startups on customer journey mapping and competitive benchmarking. Identify and test risky assumptions related to market needs and behavior. Introduce a brief market landscape analysis to help startups identify their main competitors and differentiation opportunities. Outcomes: By the end of Sprint 1, each startup will have developed: detailed customer personas, a validated customer journey map, a list of key market assumptions to test and a refined Business Model reflecting customer insights. Sprint 2 Service Design & Value Proposition Objective: Support startups in designing value propositions that directly respond to customer needs and are differentiated in the market. Content: Apply the Value Proposition Canvas methodology. Refine competitive positioning through competitor mapping. Translate insights from customer discovery into service / product design and delivery. Build a high-level service blueprint. Outcomes: By the end of Sprint 2, startups will have: a validated Value Proposition Canvas, a blueprint showing how their offering delivers value and a shortlist of assumptions to test through rapid experiments. Sprint 3 Product & Market readiness Objective: Prepare startups to validate and optimize their product or service before launch. Content: Translate blueprints into prioritized product / service features for early adopters. Introduce testing methods and set a testing plan with clear targets and success measures. Prepare the product / service for market launch and / or scaling. Outcomes: By the end of Sprint 3, each startup will have: identified must-have features for launch, developed a plan with defined target users and success measures and aligned product readiness metrics with the Go-to-Market objectives. Sprint 4 GTM Execution Roadmap Objective: Equip startups with a clear, actionable Go-to-Market roadmap to guide launch and growth. Content: Identify suitable customer acquisition channels. Introduce GTM models such as soft-launch and full-launch approaches. Define success metrics (CAC, CLV, conversion, retention). Build a short-term GTM roadmap (36 months) with milestones and KPIs. Guide startups in identifying their initial beachhead market and designing a pilot strategy before scaling. Advise startups on establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations to strengthen their GTM efforts. Outcomes: By the end of Sprint 4, each startup will have: a Go-to-Market strategy + roadmap with clear milestones, channels, and metrics, a clear launch plan aligned with its business model and product maturity and defined performance indicators to monitor post-launch progress. Deliverables: Four in-person 3-hour Go-To-Market Workshops. Up to 7 one-on-one sessions for 13 startups (total of up to 91 sessions), to be delivered between November 2025 and April 2026. The duration of each session is 45 minutes. Workshop material (PowerPoint presentations) Go-to-Market roadmap and brief strategy for every startup (total 13 Roadmaps) Feedback on the progress of each startup after each clinic Final report summarizing key learnings, recommendations, and startups GTM readiness for each startup Qualifications At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a startup or in a startup environment. Previous experience working with cleantech businesses or startups is a plus. Possess strong professional credentials and go to market knowledge and skills Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence entrepreneurs. Familiarity with the Lebanese and MENA startup ecosystem is an advantage.
