Right To Play Lebanon implements programs that use sports and play-based learning to promote education, psychosocial well-being, and social cohesion among children and youth in different regions across Lebanon. In line with this mission, Right To Play Lebanon is inviting qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of high-quality sports equipment under two active projects Sports for Development (ISA) and Play Well (Funded by the French Embassy). This procurement will support the creation of structured, inclusive, and safe play environments for children participating in these programs. 1. Purpose Right To Play Lebanon seeks quotations from qualified suppliers to supply, assemble, and deliver high-quality sports equipment for the Sports for Development (ISA) and Play Well projects. These Terms and Conditions outline the product specifications, delivery expectations, quality standards, and evaluation criteria that will govern this procurement process. 2. Scope of Work The selected supplier shall: 1. Supply all required items listed in the kit breakdowns below, meeting specified quantities and quality standards. 2. Assemble complete kits for each project, labeled and packed as per Right To Plays requirements. 3. Print two project logos (provided by Right To Play) on each kit bag. 4. Deliver all kits and materials to specified locations within Lebanon. 5. Provide delivery cost quotations for each region listed under Section 6. 6. Ensure quality assurance, on-time delivery, and compliance with all specifications outlined herein 3. KIT BREAKDOWN (Please refer to ITT) 4. Quality Specifications · All equipment must be new, durable, and safe for children and youth activities. · Items must be professional-grade or high recreational quality. · Balls (basketball, volleyball, football) must be from recognized brands such as Spalding, Wilson, or equivalent. · Bags must be reinforced, water-resistant, and durable, printed with two project logos in white. · Colors must be uniform and bright, matching project branding. · Any alternative brands must be pre-approved by Right To Play in writing. 5. Packaging and Labeling · Each kit must be fully assembled and packed individually. · Each bag must be clearly labeled with: o Project name (ISA or Play Well) o Kit number (e.g., Kit 1 of 27) · A packing list must accompany each kit. · Packaging must prevent damage, moisture, or deformation during storage and transport. 6. Delivery Locations Suppliers must provide separate one-way delivery fees for each of the following regions: Beirut & surroundings Baabda & surroundings Maten (Bikfaya, Baskenta) Keserwan (Jounieh, Sahel Alma, Jbeil) North (Tripoli & surroundings) North (Koura, Zgharta, Bkefteen) North (Akkar & surroundings) South (Saida & surroundings) South (Tyre) South (Nabatieh) Bekaa (Zahle & surroundings) Bekaa (Baalbek & Deir El Ahmar) Chouf Right To Play will not necessarily deliver to all the above locations. Final delivery sites will be confirmed once partner schools and centers are selected. Suppliers must therefore submit locked delivery prices that will remain valid and cannot be modified after quotation submission. Delivery fees must include transportation, loading/unloading, handling, and fuel costs. All deliveries must be pre-coordinated with Right To Plays Logistics Officer before dispatch. 7. Delivery Timeline All deliveries must be completed within three (3) weeks of Purchase Order issuance. Partial deliveries are permitted only with prior approval. Delays beyond the agreed timeline may result in penalties or supplier disqualification. 8. Quality Control and Acceptance Right To Play reserves the right to inspect and test all items prior to final acceptance. Defective or non-compliant items must be replaced at the suppliers cost. Payment will be made only after successful inspection and full delivery acceptance. 9. Payment Terms Payment will be made by bank transfer or cash letter only. No advance payments will be made. Right To Play covers only internal bank transfer fees. Supplier is responsible for all external bank charges. Payment follows successful delivery and inspection of goods. All quoted prices must be VAT inclusive 10. Evaluation Criteria Quotations will be evaluated based on: Technical specs 25%- based on sample submitted Quality & durability 25% - based on sample submitted Price 40% Experience 10% Total Weighted Score 100% How to apply 1. Submission Requirements Suppliers must submit: 1. Signed and stamped RFT form with all unit prices and totals (lot 1 and Lot 2).(Prices to be VAT inclsuive if appliacble) 2. Completed RFT Excel form including( Samples of proposed items (to be delivered to our office at BDD 1243)- kindly coordinate with Mariam (mzaytoun@righttoplay.com)) 4. Company profile or evidence of similar experience. 5. Legal documentation All submissions must be received no later than Thursday, October 20th, 2025, at 5:00 PM (Beirut time).
