Quotation are invited for Sea Water intake pump Discharge line [Dn800] expansion rubber bellow replacement work [P1-G station desal]. 1032504746 1 ITEM-00001 SCOPE OF WORKSHUTDOWN JOB- INTERESTED BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM A THOROUGH SITEVISIT PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THEIR TENDER TO FULLY UNDERSTAND THE SITECONDITIONS AND THE SCOPE OF WORK INVOLVED. THE DN 800 SWI PUMP DISCHARGELINE EXPANSION RUBBER BELLOW, WHICH WILL BE SUPPLIED BY DEWA, IS TO BEREPLACED. THE CONTRACTOR#S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE COMPLETEDISMANTLING OF THE EXISTING EXPANSION BELLOW AND ASSOCIATED PIPING LINES(IF REQUIRED), FOLLOWED BY THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW BELLOW. ALL TIERODS, NUT& BOLTS MUST BE REP LACED WITH NEW ONES TO ENSURE THE INTEGRITYAND RELIABILITY OF THE ASSEMBLY. THE CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE ALLNECESSARY RESOURCES, INCL UDING SKILLED MANPOWER, SPECIALIZED TOOLS,RIGGING EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, AND CONSUMABLES SUCH AS NUTS, 9 EA BOLTS,GASKETS (IF NEEDED) , AND PAINTING MATERIALS TO RESTORE THE INSTALLEDCOMPONENTS. IT IS CRITICAL THAT THE CONTRACTOR EXERCISES CAUTION ANDCARE DURING ALL OPERATIONS, AS ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE EQUIPMENT OR THEPIPELINE BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK MUST BE REPAIRED PROMPTLY AT NO EXTRACOST TO DEWA.
