This Document Is Not A Contract Notice Or A Request For Tenders, But An Invitation And Request For Information To Potential Tenderers To Participate In The Market Survey Referred To In Section 65 Of The Procurement Act. Thus, This Notice Does Not Request Offers. The Flow And Schedule Of The Market Survey Is Described In More Detail Below. All The Information In This Invitation, Request And Other Appendices Is Preliminary And Indicative And Do Not Bind The Contracting Entity To Any Solution. Suppliers Will Not Be Paid Any Compensation For Responding To The Invitation And Participating In The Market Survey. Acquisition Description Wave University (Hereinafter The Subscriber) Has Launched A Project To Convert A Building Designed By Alvar Aalto Into A Modern And Energy-Efficient Data Center. The Project Must Be Completed And In Use No Later Than December 31, 2026. This Acquisition Applies To The Total Technical Delivery Of The Data Center To Be Carried Out Inside The Building, Except For Servers. The Acquisition Will Be Carried Out As A Total Responsibility For The Supply. The Selected Supplier Is Responsible For The Comprehensive Design, Equipment Delivery, Installation And Deployment Of The Data Center In Accordance With The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Customer And The Schedules Given. The Supplier Is Required To Work Closely With The Cooperation Of The Renovation Party And To Agree On Their Own Plans And Installation Work Seamlessly With The Construction Work Carried Out By The Party Responsible For The Renovation. And Installation3) Hvac Systems: - Energy Efficient Cooling System According To The Requirements Of Server Hall Including Water Cooling Machines And Standard Air Ventilation Machines - All Necessary Installation Accessories Such As Equipment, Pipelines - Delivery And Installation4) Electrical And Backup Systems (Ups) With Electricity Distribution Unit Fuel Systems- All Required Installation Supplies- Delivery And Installation5) All Necessary Cabling And Other Electrical Installation Work, Including Structural Engineering Implementations Such As Penetrations. 8 Is A Protected Site, And All Installations Must Be Designed With Respect For Existing Structures And Adapting To Them. Double -Shell Structure. The Requirement Is Due To The Management Of The Risk Of Leakage And Fire And The Environmental Requirements For The Nearby Natura Area. The Purpose Of The Acquisition Is To Fully Functional, Tested And Ready-To-Use Data Center Infrastructure To Servers, Which Will Be Handed Over To The Subscriber According To The Agreed Schedule. Successful Delivery Enables The Subscribers Operational Operation To The New Data Center Before The End Of The Current Lease.
