Tenders are invited for Implement a Professional Training Course Specialized in Sewing and Fashion Design As part of the Emergency Socio-Economic Response Project to Support Communities in the Northern West Bank, launched by the United Nations Development Programme/Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development and community partners , under the Investment for Resilience IV (IPR IV) program , funded by the German government through the German Development Bank (KfW) , Local Communities a non-profit, local and community development organization headquartered in Jenin and operating across all West Bank governorateshas received funding to implement the "Khitan" initiative to support displaced women who are heads of households in Jenin camp and city. The initiative aims to contribute to the development of skills and transform them into profitable and sustainable productive projects. This initiative comes within the framework of supporting the economic and social empowerment of groups affected by the current humanitarian situation. In this context, Local Communities announces a call for technical and financial quotations from male or female trainers specialized in sewing and fashion design, to implement a specialized vocational training course within the fourth phase of the aforementioned project. Training details: Subject: Professional training course specialized in sewing and fashion design. Training location: Jenin City - Old Chamber of Commerce Building / Khaitan Center. Target group for training: 40 women (displaced women and women who support their families) divided into two groups. Training duration: two months, with 64 training hours for each group (128 training hours in total). Special conditions: 01 The invitation is open to individuals or local companies duly registered with the official authorities. 02 A detailed technical and financial proposal must be submitted , including the training plan, methodology, and schedule. 03 All prices must be in US dollars and exclude value-added tax (VAT), as the project is exempt from tax. If the bid is awarded to a company, it must submit a zero VAT invoice. 04 The institution is not obligated to accept the lowest prices, without giving reasons. 05 The institution has the right to divide or cancel any of the items without giving reasons . 06 Offer validity period: 90 days from the closing date.
