The City Of Kouvola Requests Offers For Accessibility Audit, Consultations And Training Services. The Acquisition Is Divided Into Two Parts: Expert And Consulting Services And Training Services. Parts Offers Are Allowed. The Tenderer May Provide Only One Or Both Areas.1) 1-3 Operators Will Be Selected For The Expert And Consulting Service Area. Expert Work Can Be Purchased For Audits (Such As Online Services, Mobile Applications, Etc.) Or Part Of The Acquisition And/Or Development Work (Eg Systems, Network Services, Visual Implementations, Etc.). Expert Work Can Also Be Obtained, For Example, In The Procurement Of Services To Take Access To Accessibility Requirements, Prior To The Introduction Of Various Services To The Test Phase Or Otherwise On A Case -By -Case Basis To Ensure Accessibility. Expert Work Is Used To Acquire Or Test New Systems. There Are An Estimated 5-10 Inspection Audits Each Year.2) One (1) Operator Is Selected For The Training Service Area. Developing Accessibility Skills In The Organization By Training, Including All Levels Of The Organization And, In Part, External Digital Services. The Target Groups Of Education Include: Management, Website Content Providers, Digital Service Administrators, Vacation Planners, Project Managers, Procurement Experts, And Education And Education Staff. The Area Also Includes Training The New Wcag2.2 Achievement Requirements And Their Effects. The Organization Has Previously Been Trained In Accessibility At A General Level. Agreement (Expert And Consulting Services And Training Services) The Contract Period Begins Immediately After The Signature Of The Contract. The Contract Will Be Concluded After The Procurement Decision Is Final, After The Appeal Period. The Contract Period Is A Fixed -Term Contract For Two (2) Years, Which Can Be Extended On Two (1+1) Option Years When The Subscriber Can Continue On The Original Terms And Conditions.
