The Hus Group Requests Offers For The Roots, Vegetables, Fruits, Mature And Raw Potatoes, As Well As Herbs And Eggs. The Subject Of The Acquisition And The Requirements Of It Are Described In More Detail In The Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. The Acquisition Consists Of Four (4) Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1 Chopped Vegetables And Fruits, As Well As Peeled Roots And Herbs Section 2 Whole Vegetables And Fruit Sub-Area 3 Mature And Track Potato Area 4 Eggs. The Selection Is Based On Overall Economic Affordability. The Cheapest Price Is Used As The Basis For Overall Economic Advantage. Two (2) Frame Contract Suppliers Will Be Selected For The Purchase Entity. The Primary Supplier (Preference Is 1) Is Selected By A Tenderer Whose Tender Meets The Minimum Requirements In The Invitation To Tender And The Total Comparison Price Is The Lowest Comparison When The Component-Specific Reference Prices Are Added Together. The Secondary (Priority Order 2.) The Supplier Shall Be Selected By A Tenderer Whose Tender Meets The Corresponding Minimum Requirements And The Total Comparison Price Is The Second Lowest When The Comparable Benchmark Prices Are Added Together. The Subscriber Orders And Uses Selected Products According To The Preference Order Stated In The Procurement Decision. However, The Order Of Priority May Be Deviated From A Reasonable Reason, In Which Case The Order Can Be Made From A Second Supplier In The Order. The Reasonable Reason Is To Be Considered As Delivery Interruptions Or Other Similar Factors. In Addition, The Subscriber May Arrange Tendering For Contract Suppliers During The Contract Of The Contract For The Site 2 (Entire Vegetables And Fruits). Based On The Reduced Tendering, The Original Priority Order Of Contract Suppliers May Change During The Contract Period. The Reduced Tendering Is Described In More Detail In The Draft Agreement Attached To The Invitation To Tender (See Annex 2. The Aim Is To Use Tendering To Bring High Quality Products With Good Delivery. Foods Are Critical Products In The Customers Operations, Which Must Be Uninterrupted. The Invitation To Tender Also Includes Product Groups Discount Rates For Small -Volume Products Outside The Invitation To Tender. During The Contract Period, Products Belonging To The Product Groups Subject To The Contract, Which Are Not Identified In The Product, May Be Acquired During The Contract Period (See Annex 2). The Duration Of The Contract Is Two (2) Years On A Fixed Term, After Which The Contract Can Be Extended In Two (2) One (1) Year Option Period.
