The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of A License (S) For The Update/Continuation Of The Right Of Use And Maintenance Of A Software Product For The Protection, Monitoring And Management Of A Database - Ibm Security Guardium For The Needs Of The Registry Agency For A Period Of 24 (Twenty -Four) Months. Software Support Parameters Include: • Updating Products; • Updating Products, Signatures And Definitions; • Telephone Support; • E -Mail Maintenance; • Opening An Unlimited Number Of Cases To The Manufacturer. The Requirements For The Implementation Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Annex No. 1. *** The Public Procurement Is Announced Without Financing, Which Is Why The Contract Will Be Concluded On Condition, In Accordance With Art. 114 Of Ppa. The Performance Of The Contract Begins After Insurance Of Financing By The Contracting Authority, Certified By Written Notification, Sent By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor And Submission By The Contractor Of The Designated Guarantee For Execution.
