The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Activities For Organizing Events -Accommodation Provision, Conference Rooms, Meals And Coffee Breaks, In The Implementation Of Activities Under The National Program For Prevention And Protection Against Domestic Violence For The Period 2024 -2026, As Follows: Accommodation For 50 Participants In Three Trainings Of Two Nights/Participant - 300 Nights; Nutrition - Lunches - 150 Pieces; Dinners - 300.; Coffee Breaks-A Total Of 4 Coffee Breaks Per Seminar For 50 Participants In Three Seminars-600; Rent Room And Rental Equipment For Two Days For Three Seminars - 6 Days. The Organization And Conduct Of The Events Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements For The Places Of Accommodation, The Places Of The Events, The Organization Of The Feeding Of The Participants And The Conditions For Implementation. The Specific Requirements For Each Individual Event Shall Be Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Relevant Request.
