Refuse And Waste Related Services – Waste Management With Code 20 02 01 From Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. Z O. O. In Sosnowiec. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Collection And Management Of Waste In The Recovery Or Recycling Process In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) Of Biodegradable Waste With Code 20 02 01. 2. The Method And Place Of Management Of The Collected Waste Must Be In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions In This Respect, In Particular The Requirements Of The Above-Mentioned The Waste Act And Its Implementing Regulations. 3. Waste Code 20 02 01 (Biodegradable Waste) Will Come From Selective Collection From Property Owners And From Mowing Streets And Parks. 4. Waste With Code 20 02 01 Will Be Collected From The Premises Of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. Z O. O. In Sosnowiec From Monday To Friday, From 6:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M., By The Contractors Transport And At His Expense. 5. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party If The Amount Of Waste Collected By The Contractor Exceeds 100 Mg But Does Not Reach 500 Mg.
