Along The Tram Tracks (Grooved Rails), Which Are Located In Traffic Areas, So-Called Rail Joints Prevent Surface Water From Penetrating Into The Substructure Between The Rail Track And The Asphalt Surface. They Also Compensate For The Different Movements (E.G. Due To Temperature Changes Or Crossing) Between The Surface And The Rails. This Tender Calls For The Creation Of New Rail Joints As Well As The Replacement, Maintenance And Removal Of Existing Rail Joints. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Contract With A Maximum Of One Contractor. This Records The Conditions For Providing The Service.
