1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Gdańsk Południe - Two Recreational Spaces Ul. Podlecki And Ul. Silver - Implementation Of Two Investment Tasks Carried Out Under The Citizens Budget 2025 And The Green Citizens Budget 2025.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Two Tasks: 1) Task I - Development Of The Area At Ul. Podlecki, Covering The First Subject Of The Order (Construction Works) And The Second Subject Of The Order (Greenery);2) Task Ii - Development Of The Area At Ul. Srebrna, Covering The 3Rd Subject Of The Contract (Construction Works) And The 4Th Subject Of The Contract (Greenery).3. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, Including The Following Elements: 1) Task I - Development Of The Area At Ul. Podlecki: A) Preparation Of The Area For The Construction Of A Playground For Older Children, A Barbecue Area, Pedestrian Routes And Development Of The Immediate Surroundings Of The Facilities With Greenery; B) Delivery And Installation Of Play And Relaxation Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture; C) Construction Of Hardened Surfaces For Pedestrian Routes And Squares; D) Gardening Works Consisting In Planting Greenery In Accordance With The Greenery Design, Along With 12-Month Care;2) Task Ii - Development Of The Area At Ul. Srebrna: A) Execution Of Surface Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Safe Surface On The Playground And The Surface Of The Bay For Bicycle Racks; B) Delivery And Installation Of Playground And Relaxation Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture; C) Gardening Works (Plantings, Lawns) In Accordance With The Greenery Design, Along With 12-Month Maintenance. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Notify The Supervisory Authority Construction Authority About The Completion Of The Construction Of Buildings Covered By The Subject Of The Order And Obtains A Certificate Of No Grounds To Raise An Objection To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction Or Presents Proof Of The Expiry Of The Deadline For Raising An Objection By The Construction Supervision Authority To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
