The Purpose Of The Order Is To Ensure An Increase In The Level Of Information Security By Strengthening Resilience And The Ability To Effectively Prevent And Respond To Incidents And Reduce The Risk Of Cybersecurity Information Security Breaches.1. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Not Previously The Subject Of Exhibitions Or Exhibitions, Is Not Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale, Meets All Requirements For Approval For Use In Poland, Is Technically Functional, Safe, Complete, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Is Not Encumbered With Any Third-Party Rights And Meets The Requirements Described By The Ordering Party In The Specification Of Order Conditions As Well As Having Appropriate, Current Approvals And Necessary Safety Certificates.2. The Equipment Delivery Will Include A Complete Set Of Documentation And Instructions, Warranty Cards, All Accessories And Cables Necessary For Assembly And Commissioning Of The Equipment At The Installation Site. It Is Allowed To Indicate And Make Available Free Of Charge A Website With Up-To-Date Documentation And Instructions, Provided That Their Use By The Ordering Party Will Not Involve Any Costs For The Ordering Party.3. The Contractors Representative Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order And Participate In Its Unpacking, Installation And Commissioning In Order To Detect Mechanical Damage Or Shortages In Delivery.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Contractors Obligation To Implement, Install And Configure The Supplied Equipment, As Well As The Ongoing Operation Of The Software And Updates Of The Operating System.5. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Contractors Obligation To Implement The Systems Remotely.6. On-Site Inspection, The Ordering Party Informs About The Possibility Of The Contractor Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection Of The Building, Which Concerns The Above-Mentioned. Tasks. The On-Site Visit Will Be Confirmed By A Protocol. The On-Site Visit Will Take Place In The Presence Of An It Employee. The Desire To Participate In The On-Site Visit Should Be Reported By E-Mail To L.Wlodarczyk@Mtbstg.Pl, No Later Than 3 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.
