The Subject Of The Order Is: Part 1 - Delivery Of Sand For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Konecki County In The 2025/2026 Season. A Subcontractor Based On An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Indicated Activities In The Scope Of Contract Execution, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Amended) 2.5 Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirement To Employ Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Applies, The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons, And The Rights Of The Ordering Party To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To Hiring These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2.6 If The Design Documentation Indicates, In Relation To Certain Materials, Devices Or Technologies, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Or Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Other Reference Documents, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials, Devices Or Technologies Or The Offer Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Described In The Design Documentation, Where Materials, Devices Or Technologies From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party (Equivalent Solutions). Materials, Devices Or Technologies From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order, The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials, Devices Or Technologies Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Websites Of Manufacturers.
