The Equipment And Devices Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Damage, And Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates Of Compliance With Safety Standards. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Operation And Maintenance Instructions In Polish.2) The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Determined By: - Technical Specification Of The Equipment, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz 3) Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period In Relation To The Entire Subject Of The Public Procurement Contract Is 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract.
