Tenders Are Invited For Order For The Service Of Adapting The District Egib Database As Part Of The Project Entitled: Digital Solutions For Geodesy Of Nowy Sącz County And The City Of Nowy Sącz.
The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of The District Egib Database As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Digital Solutions For Geodesy Of Nowy Sącz County And The City Of Nowy Sącz, Implemented Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority 1 European Funds For Research And Development And Entrepreneurship, Measure 1.7 Digital Solutions For Geodesy, Project Type A. Digitization Of The District Resource Geodetic And Cartographic In The Scope Of Creating Spatial Data Sets In The Egib Database Consistent With The Applicable Conceptual Model. The Task Of Adapting The District Egib Database Will Cover The Entire Egib Resource Managed By The Ordering Party, I.E. The Area Of The Nowy Sącz Poviat And The City Of Nowy Sącz (Study Area). The Study Area Covers Over 1,600 Km2 And Consists Of 20 Registration Units Of Nowy Sącz County With 198 Districts And 1 Registration Unit Of The City Of Nowy Sącz With 123 Districts. The Study Area Is Inhabited By Approximately 300,000 People. There Are Over 121,000 Registration Entities Registered In Bdpzgik, Of Which Approximately 2,500 Are Institutions; Approximately 314,000 Registration Plots, Over 100,000 Registration Buildings, Over 20,000 Premises And Approximately 176,000 Land And Mortgage Register Numbers. In Areas Where The Project Is Planned To Update The Egib Database, An Analogue Registration Map Is In Force. Independently, The Analog Cadastral Map Is Valid In The Area Of The Muszyna - Village Cadastral Unit, Where The Works Of Updating The Egib Database Are Planned To Be Carried Out From The Employers Own Funds, Outside The Project. In Areas Where An Analog Cadastral Map Is In Force, No Digital Cadastral Map Is Kept. A Digital Cadastral Map Applies To Other Areas. Information On The Form Of The Applicable Cadastral Map In Individual Districts Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Technical Conditions In The Field Mandatory Egib Map. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Minimum Two-Year Warranty For The Service Performed, Also Known As Development. Note: The Period Of The Warranty Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers, See Point Xiii Point 4 Of The Swz. The Order Will Be Carried Out In Two Stages: Stage I Within 100 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: A) Adaptation Of The Egib Database Based On The Ekw Database. B) Adaptation Of Registration Premises. C) Adaptation Of The Document Date Attribute Of Documents. D) Adaptation Gruparegistrowa Attribute Of Registration Units.E) Adjustment Of The Udzialwnieruchomwspolnej Attribute Of Registration Units.F) Validation Of Gml Files And Correction Of Remaining Errors. Stage Ii Within 180 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: A) Adjustment Of Valuation Classes And Land Uses.B) Adjustment Of Registration Buildings And Elements Building.
