Collection, Transport And Management Applies To Waste With The Following Codes:1) 20 03 01 - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste;2) 15 01 07, 15 01 06, 20 01 02 - Glass;3) 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 20 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard;4) 15 01 04, 15 01 06, 20 01 40 – Metals;5) 15 01 02, 15 01 06, 20 01 39 – Plastics;6) 20 01 08, 20 02 01 – Bio-Waste.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Following Properties (Facilities) Of The Ordering Party: 1) Town Hall At 20 Main Market Square; 2) Villa Calisia At Al. Wolności 4;3) Buildings Of The Kalisz City Hall At Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 1A And The Kalisz City Hall Building At Ul. Krótka 5-7;4) Building Of The Kalisz City Hall At Ul. Jasna 2;5) Office Premises Of The Non-Governmental Organizations Center At Ul. Babina 1;6) Office Rooms Of The Municipal Cemetery Office At Ul. Poznańska 183 – 185;7) Office Premises Of The Office Of The Shelter For Homeless Animals At Ul. Warszawska 95; 8) Bus Station Building At Ul. Podmiejska 2A;9) Office Rooms Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point At Ul. Piwonicka 6.3. The Estimated Amounts Of Waste To Be Collected And Transported (In Mg) Are Specified In The Table In The Offer Form. The Amounts Of Waste Indicated In The Offer Form Are Estimates Of The Total Weight And The Weight Of Individual Types Of Waste, And The Contractor Will Settle Accounts With The Ordering Party According To The Actual Weight Of Municipal Waste Collected And Delivered To The Appropriate Installations.4. The Waste That Is The Subject Of This Order Should Be Managed In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form The Municipal Installation To Which Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Will Be Transferred And To Indicate In The Offer Form The Installations To Which Separately Collected Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Will Be Transferred. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Annex To The Swz Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), As Well As The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
