1) The Order Includes The Implementation Of Part I Of The Order, I.E. The Task Titled Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader For The Needs Of The Dąbrowa Białostocka Commune.2) Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz And Annex No. 6.1 To The Swz - Technical Specification Form For The First Part Of The Order.3) The Subject Of The Delivery Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Delivery Item Must Be Unused And Technically Complete. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Completed And Ready For Use Without The Need For Additional Purchases.4) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Backhoe Loader To The Address Of The Municipal Office In Dąbrowa Białostocka, Ul. Solidarności 1, 16 – 200 Dąbrowa Białostocka.5) The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of The Backhoe Loader Along With Full Technical And Operational Documentation And A Spare Parts Catalog In Polish.6) The Ordering Party Requires Training Of The Ordering Partys Employee In The Operation Of The Delivered Backhoe Loader.7) The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Service And Inspections During The Warranty Period Be Performed At The Place Where The Backhoe Is Parked. Loaders Free Of Charge (Including Service Travel) With The Exception Of Consumables Subject To Periodic Replacement.8) The Basic Requirements For The Backhoe Loader Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Described In The Technical Specification Form For Part I Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 6.1 To Swz.9) The Product Range Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Reports Allowing Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.
