Tenders Are Invited For Providing Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2028

4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2028. 4.2 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns In The Period From 01/01/2026 To December 31, 2028 The Types And Number Of Postal Items To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Service In Question Are Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Quantities Of Each Type Of Shipment Indicated In Annex 1 Have Been Estimated And Are Not Binding Quantities For The Ordering Party And Will Change In Given Types Depending On The Ordering Partys Needs. The Ordering Party Assumes That The Minimum Level Of Services Provided By The Contractor Is Within 60% Of The Expected Annual Estimated Quantities Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Taking Into Account The Fact That Some Of The Registered Letter Items Intended For Posting Are Items Containing Official Letters (In The Course Of Administrative, Civil, Tax And Enforcement Proceedings), The Ordering Party Requires That The Confirmation Of Sending These Shipments Has The Force Of An Official Document. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Perform The Above Service Through A Designated Operator. The Value Of The Fee For The Provision Of Postal Services Will Be Calculated On A Monthly Basis As The Product Of The Unit Price Offered In The Tender For A Given Type Of Shipment And The Actual Number Of Shipments Of A Given Type.4.2.1 The Subject Of This Order, I.E. The Provision Of Postal Services Will Be Carried Out Every Day On Business Days From Monday To Friday, For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune, Ul. Kolejowa 2, 05-850 Ożarów Mazowiecki4.2.2 The Ordering Party Informs That Some Of The Parcels Subject To These Proceedings Will Be Sent Using The Modes Specified In The Code Of Administrative Procedure, The Code Of Civil Procedure And The Tax Ordinance. Taking Into Account The Above, The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Use Its Own Confirmation Of Receipt Forms In Accordance With The Templates Approved By The Contractor. 4.2.3 Due To The Specificity Of The Ordering Partys Registered Shipments, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Comply With, In Particular, The Following Statutory Requirements In Relation To Official Documents In The Scope Of: 1) Effects Of Sending The Letter (Power Of Delivery) - In Detail In Swz.2) Effects Of Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Shipment And Postal Order (Force Of An Official Document) - Art. 17 Of The Postal Law Act, Confirmation Of Sending A Registered Item Or Postal Order Issued By The Designated Operators Office. 4.2.4 The Contractor Should Ensure The Possibility Of Making Possible Returns And Sending And Collecting All Parcels Covered By The Subject Of This Order At The Contractors Shipping Facilities Op
