Tenders Are Invited For Conference, Catering And Hotel Services For 110 People From Foster Families, Including 40 People Under The Give Peace Project And 70 People From Foster Families And Family Childrens Homes Of Mopr In Gdańsk

Providing Accommodation On November 22 - 23, 2025 For 110 People, In 18 Single Rooms And 46 Double Rooms, Along With Meals And Renting A Training Room For 110 People From Foster Families - Including 40 People As Part Of The Give Peace - Community Support For Foster Care Project And 70 People From Foster Families And Family Childrens Homes Of Mopr In Gdańsk. The Service Will Be Provided By The Contractor In Accordance With Good Practices And Standards Contained In The Following Documents: Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities; The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination; Charter Of Fundamental Rights; Guidelines For The Implementation Of Equality Principles Under Eu Funds For 2021-2027. Activities Carried Out Under The Project Are Carried Out In Such A Way As To Prevent All Forms Of Discrimination In The Project, Including Those Based On Disability, Gender, Race, Skin Color, Ethnic Or Social Origin, Genetic Features, Language, Religion Or Belief, Political Or Any Other Views, Membership Of A National Minority, Property, Birth, Age Or Sexual Orientation. By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Service In Accordance With The Above Principles Preventing All Forms Of Discrimination. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce (Random Cases) The Number Of Participants By Max. 20 People (Without The Right To Claim From The Contractor In This Respect) - Which Means That The Number Of Participants Will Be A Minimum Of 90 People (Including 40 People As Part Of The Project Give It A Rest - Community Support For Foster Care), And The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party Before The Date Of Service Implementation, In Accordance With The Offer Evaluation Criterion. In Terms Of Providing Hotel Services: The Hotel Facility Should Have A Standard Of At Least Three-Star Category, Within The Meaning Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166) And Be Entered Into The Central List Of Hotel Facilities. Accommodation Services Should Be Provided In A Three-Star Hotel Or A Facility Meeting The Standards Of A Minimum Three-Star Hotel. The Hotel Facility Should Be Located In The Pomeranian Voivodeship In A Town At Least 30 Km And A Maximum Of 100 Km Away From Gdańsk (Measured Using Popular Internet Portals Using The Function Of Measuring The Distance Between Towns On Public Roads). Sojourn Tax Should Be Included In The Offer. Free Parking For A Maximum Of 50 Cars. Due To The Possible Participation Of People With Disabilities, The Building In Which The Rooms Are Located Cannot Have Architectural Barriers. In The Case Of Rooms Located On A Higher Level Than The Ground Floor, The Building Should Be Equipped With An Elevator Enabling Disabled People To Use The Building.
