1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparation, Organization And Comprehensive Service Of A Two-Day Event, I.E. A Conference And A B2b Meeting In Kielce On December 9-10, 2025, For 80 People Entitled: Cooperation For Reconstruction. Świętokrzyskie Business For Ukraine Carried Out As Part Of The Świętokrzyskie For Business Project.2. The Event Will Take Place On December 9-10, 2025. The Individual Days Of The Event Include: A) Conference On December 9, 2025. For 80 People. B) B2b Meeting On December 10, 2025. For 50 People.C) The Participants Of The Event Will Be Domestic Entrepreneurs, Foreign Entrepreneurs, Domestic And Foreign Speakers, Representatives Of: Scientific Units, Local, Regional And National Authorities Invited By The Ordering Party. 3. Event Location: Targi Kielce, Zakładowa 1, 25-672 Kielce4. B2b Meetings And The Conference Will Be Held At Targi Kielce (Ul. Zakładowa 1, 25 - 672 Kielce) In Two Rooms Available In The Conference Center, Which Were Booked By The Ordering Party On December 9-10, 2025. The Contractor Selected To Complete The Order Will Be Obliged To Bear The Costs Of Renting The Rooms In The Amount Of Pln 8,000.00 Net, I.E. Pln 9,840.00 Gross. The Rental Price Includes: Technical Service, Cloakroom, Cleaning, Parking With Min. 30 Places. One Of The Rooms Will Be Used To Organize Conferences And B2b Meetings, The Other One Will Serve Catering. When Calculating The Offer Price For Which He Offers To Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include The Above Cost Of Renting The Rooms In The Offer Price. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party (Persons Designated By The Ordering Party As Contacts) At The Stage Of Order Execution, And In Particular Will Be Obliged To Consult Any Doubts.6. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Specified In This Swz And The Above-Mentioned. Annex To The Swz.
