The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Paved Municipal Roads With A Length Of 74 Km Of Roads Within The City Limits And 2.3 Km Of Dirt Roads. Winter Maintenance Under The Winter Action 2025/2026 Covers Paved Roads (Asphalt, Concrete Blocks) And Dirt Roads, Squares, Parking Lots And Sidewalks In Accordance With The Act On Order And Cleanliness In The Commune And The Act On Roads Located Within The City Limits In The 2025/2026 Season In The Field Of Snow Removal And Combating Winter Slipperiness With A Mixture Of Sand And Road Salt And Salt Or Brine, In The Uniform Ii Standard Of Winter Road Maintenance. Winter Road Maintenance Includes Works Aimed At Reducing Or Limiting Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Winter Slipperiness And Snowfall. Pay Particular Attention To Pedestrian Crossings Across The Road.
