Task 1 – Delivery And Installation Of A Generator With A Rated Power Of Min. 120 Kw With A Trailer And Training In Its Use.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz.2. Delivery Address – Koszęcin Commune Office Ul. Powstańców Śląskich 10, 42-286 Koszęcin.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Order Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz, Annex No. 1A To The Swz And The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Be Brand New, Unused, Have The Required Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 1A To The Swz, Be Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use, Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law And Be Free From Legal Defects. The Ordering Party Excludes The Delivery Of Post-Exhibition Equipment. The Device Must Have A Ce - Conformité Européenne Or Equivalent Declaration And Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards.5. The Contractor, At Least 3 Days Before The Planned Delivery, Will Inform The Ordering Party About It, Indicating The Date And Expected Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.6. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. Monday - Friday, At Hours Agreed With The Ordering Partys Representative.7. The Delivery Also Includes All Commissioning And Testing Of The Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order To The Extent Necessary To Assess Their Proper Functioning. Additionally, The Equipment Delivered As Part Of The Cybersecure Commune Of Koszęcin Project Should Be Permanently Marked In Accordance With The Rules Set Out On The Website Run By The Digital Poland Project Center (Project Beneficiary) In Partnership With Nask National Research Institute At The Link: Https://Www.Gov.Pl/Web/Cppc/Cyberbezpieczny-Samorzad.8.The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Not Previously The Subject Of Exhibitions Or Exhibitions, Is Not Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale, Meets All Requirements For Approval For Use In Poland, Technically Efficient, Safe, Complete, Unused, Free From Physical Defects And Legal, Is Not Encumbered With Any Rights Of Third Parties And Meets The Requirements Described By The Ordering Party In The Specification Of Order Conditions, As Well As Having Appropriate, Current Approvals And Necessary Safety Certificates. 9. The Delivery Of The Equipment Will Include A Complete Set Of Documentation And Instructions, Warranty Cards, All Accessories And Cables Necessary For Assembly And Commissioning Of The Equipment At The Installation Site. It Is Allowed To Indicate And Make Available Free Of Charge A Website With Up-To-Date Documentation And Instructions, Provided That Their Use By The Ordering Party Does Not Involve Any Costs Incurred By The Ordering Party.10.
