Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Equipment As Part Of An Own Task Carried Out By The Orły Commune Resulting From The Olioc Program - A Two-Axle Platform For Transporting A Generator Up To 64Kw With An Overrun Brake
The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Delivery Of Equipment As Part Of The Task Carried Out By The Orły Commune Resulting From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In The Delivery Of A Brand New Trailer-Two-Axle Platform For Transporting A Generator Up To 64 Kw With An Overrun Brake, In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annex 4 To Swz And The Installation Of The Above-Mentioned. Devices. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Training Conducted By The Contractor In The Use Of Equipment For At Least 2 Representatives Of The Ordering Party. The Training Will Be Conducted At The Ordering Partys Premises During The Technical And Quality Acceptance. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Made Of Materials That Meet Safety And Health Protection Requirements And Have The Required Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity - To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions For A Given Type Of Product.12.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To Swz.12.3. The Requirements (Obligations) Imposed On The Contractor Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
