The Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of Decision No. 298/2024 Of December 31, 2024 For The Renovation And Reconstruction In The Field Of Insulation Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Milicz To Be Carried Out On The Plot Marked With The Registration Number 22 Am18, Milicz District, And Energy Audits Developed For The Task. The Scope Of The Investment Includes Construction Works Regarding, Among Others: - Cleaning, Supplementation, Protection And Maintenance Of Concrete Plinths And Details Made Of Decorative Concrete, - Insulation Of Basement Walls In The Ground, - Moisture-Proof Insulation And Drainage Of Rainwater From The Building, - Insulation Of External Walls, - Insulation Of The Ventilated Flat Roof, - Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery Together With Air Vents, - Reconstruction - Replacement Of Internal And External Window Sills, - Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation With Connection To The Distribution Network, - Installation Of A Heat Pump And A Gas Boiler Along With The Boiler Room Installation And Accessories, - Installation Of Central Heating And Hot Water, - Finishing, Repair And Reconstruction Works As Part Of Thermal Modernization, - Commissioning Of The Installation, Training Of Employees In The Field Of Operation, Completion Of All Formalities Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Installation, Additional Important Information Regarding The Scope Of Implementation: 1. In Terms Of Lighting Replacement, It Is Planned To Replace The Existing Fixtures In The Building, Including The Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Fixtures As Well As The Delivery And Installation Along With The Connection Of New Energy-Saving Led Lighting Fixtures.2. Due To The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Farm Building, The Roof Covering Was Planned To Be Strengthened By Replacing The Existing Roofing Felt Made Of Felt, With Simultaneous Rebuilding Of Chimneys And Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downspouts (Auxiliary Bill Of Quantities Is Attached)3.
