1) Partial Task No. 1. Liquidation Of An Illegal Garbage Dump Located On Plot No. 106, With An Area Of 0.97 Ha, Located In Polkowskie, In The Commune Of Domaszowice, Poviat. Namysłowski, Voivodeship Opole Voivodeship. The Plot Is A Partially Wooded And Bushy Area With Depressions Up To A Depth Of 3.8 M Below Ground Level. The Scope Of Work Under The Order Includes, Among Others: 1. Preparatory Work, 2. Thorough Combing Of The Plot In Order To Locate Any Residual Waste, 3. Collecting And Manually And/Or Mechanically Extracting Waste Collected Within The Plot Boundaries, 4. Sorting (Segregation) Of Waste, 5. Loading Sorted Waste Onto Vehicles, 6. Transport Of Waste For Management/Disposal And Its Transfer On The Basis Of Transfer Cards Waste, 7. Cleaning Up The Area Where Waste Was Collected.8. Installing Two Information Boards With Dimensions Of 30X50 With The Inscription: Attention! Prohibition Of Dumping Waste Under Administrative Penalty - Electronically Monitored Area. A Detailed Description Of The Subject And Scope Of The Order Together With Photographic Documentation Was Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz (Documentation Of The Liquidation Of An Illegal Waste Dump - Polkowskie). Due To Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer For Partial Task No. 1 After An On-Site Visit. The Conditions For Carrying Out The Visit Are Described In Detail In The Swz In Chapter Iv, Section 4.7.
