Tenders Are Invited For Adaptation Of Rooms For The Department Of Construction And Architecture Of The District Office In Żary.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Adaptation Of Rooms For The Department Of Construction And Architecture Of The District Office In Żary 2. The Aim Of The Task Is To Comprehensively Prepare New, Functional Rooms For The Department Of Construction And Architecture Of The District Office. It Is Planned To Move It From Its Current Location In The Main Building Of The County Office To A Newly Adapted Space, Which Is Part Of Broader Activities Aimed At Improving Working Conditions And Optimizing The Use Of Premises Resources. The Relocation Of The Department Will Enable The Reorganization Of Existing Work Stations, Which Will Make It Possible To Reduce The Number Of Employees Assigned To One Room. Such A Procedure Will Directly Increase Work Comfort, Improve Ergonomics And The Efficiency Of Work Performed. It Will Also Enable Better Compliance With Confidentiality Rules, Especially When Carrying Out Tasks Requiring An Individual Approach To The Client Or Documentation. The Task Also Includes The Creation Of A Special Social Room For Faculty Employees To Eat Meals.3. The Adaptation Works Will Be Carried Out On The Building Of The Former District Office Archive, A Two-Story Building Without A Basement And A Single-Story Connecting Building With A Partial Basement. Building Structure - Brick Walls, Ribbed Ceilings Above The Basement, Wps. Roof Structure Made Of Wps On Steel Beams, Reinforced Concrete, Flat Roof Covered With Felt And Insulation. In The Two-Story Part, Communication Is Via A Reinforced Concrete Staircase. The Building Is Equipped With All Installations Enabling Its Use, Such As: Water And Sewage, Storm Sewage, Electricity, Telecommunications, And Central Heating. The Heat Source For The Connector And Partly For The Two-Story Part Is A Gas Boiler Installed In The Connector In The Boiler Room, For The Remaining Two-Story Part - A Gas Boiler In The Main Building. The Buildings Are Located In The Yard, I.E. On The Southern Side Of The Main Building. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Adaptation Of Rooms For The Needs Of The Department Of Construction And Architecture In The Scope Of Rooms On The First Floor, Staircase And Two Rooms On The Ground Floor Next To The Staircase. 2) Modernization Of The Existing Room In The Connector Into A Social Room For The Department Of Vehicle Registration And Driving Licenses, Together With A Vestibule And External Stairs - Exit To The Yard From The Side Of The Customer Service Hall. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 5 To The Swz.
