The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Complete Documentation Enabling The Implementation Of An Investment Including The Implementation Of A Fire Alarm System In Two Facilities Of The Provincial Center For Addiction And Co-Addiction Therapy In Toruń At Ul. Szosa Bydgoska 1 And Ul. Tramwajowa 2-4 As Well As The Execution Of All Construction Works Resulting In The Creation Of The Said System (Design And Build). The Order Also Includes Training Of Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Fire Alarm Control Panel And Periodic Service And Maintenance Of The Installed Systems - On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 7. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1: Functional And Utility Program.
