The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct 5 Courses In The Field Of Qualified First Aid (Kpp) With A Final Exam - Each Course For 24 People (For A Total Of 120 People), Ending With The Issuance Of Certificates For Participants. 2. Kpp Courses Are Aimed At Preparing Staff To Provide Qualified First Aid To People In A State Of Sudden Health Threat.3. Courses Should Be Conducted On A Stationary Basis, On Weekend Days (Saturday, Sunday) Or From Monday To Friday After 4:00 P.M..4. Number Of People To Be Trained: 24 People During One Course (120 People In Total). The Number Of Participants May Change Slightly For Reasons Beyond Our Control.5. Each Course Should Be Organized In Accordance With The Framework Program And Principles Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of March 19, 2007 On The Course In Qualified First Aid (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 411).6. The Program Of The Qualified First Aid Course Should Be Approved By The Voivode Competent For The Seat Of The Entity Conducting The Course.7. The Places Where The Courses Will Be Held Will Be Indicated And Made Available By The Ordering Party No Later Than 3 Days Before The Courses Take Place (Public Facility In The Sochaczew District). 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Meals For People Running The Course. Meals And Transport To Training Points For People Conducting The Course Are Provided By The Contractor. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Training Materials. 10. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. When Offering A Solution Equivalent To The One Described Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate (Prove) The Equivalence Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of The Indicated Parameters, Which Must Be At A Level No Worse Than The Parameters Indicated By The Ordering Party. It Will Be The Contractors Responsibility To Prove That The Proposed Solution Meets The Requirements Specified In The Public Procurement To An Equivalent Extent, With Particular Emphasis On Parameters. 11. Indication In The Content Of The Order Of A Specific Choice, Source, Patent, Trademark, Etc., Which Constitute The Characterization Of The Product Or Service, Should Be Understood As An Indication Of The Clarification Of The Requirements, And Submitting Offers Of Equivalent Products Is Permissible While Maintaining The Operational, Technical, Quality Or Functional Parameters Qualitatively Equal To Or Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Description.
