The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental, Assembly, Operation, Maintenance And Dismantling Of A Covered Ice Rink On The Plot At The District Cultural Center At Ul. Kajakowa 12B In Warsaw. The Order Includes 1) Leveling And Possible Hardening Of The Area For The Installation Of The Ice Rink. 2) Rental, Delivery And Assembly Of A Tent Shelter To Roof The Ice Rink, Dimensions 20 M X 45 M (Without Side Walls, Gable Roof). 3) Rental, Assembly And Disassembly And Operation Of A Complete Ice Rink Measuring 40 M X 18 M With Lighting And Sound System. 4) Rental, Assembly And Disassembly And Operation Of An Additional Small Ice Rink, The So-Called Ośla Łąki - Intended For Beginners Who Are Just Learning To Skate. An Ice Rink Measuring 10 X 10 Meters, Separate From The Main Ice Rink, But Connected To It, So That You Can Skate Directly From One To The Other On The Ice Surface. The Small Ice Rink Is Also Lit, Without A Roof. 5) Placing Banners At The Ice Rink Informing That The Project Is Being Implemented Under The Citizens Budget, Provided By The Ordering Party. 6) Placing (Embedding) Inside The Layer Constituting The Ice Sheet, In Central, Clearly Visible Places, Logos Provided By The Ordering Party (Logo Of The Ursynów District) Printed On Material Adapted For Such Applications. Area Of Logos - Up To A Maximum Of 2 Square Meters Each.7) Decorating The Ice Rink (Both Surfaces) With Decorations In The Form Of Garlands Of Led Lights.8) Installing In The Area Adjacent To The Ice Rink The Necessary Infrastructure And Equipment For Its Proper Operation, As Well As The Technical Facilities Of The Ice Rink.9) Free Provision Of The Ice Rink To Residents For 92 Days From The Date From Its Launch (Taking Into Account The Dates Listed In Point 1) For 7 Days A Week At The Following Times: 10.00-21.00, 7 Days A Week With The Following Exceptions: - December 24, 2025, The Ice Rink Is Open From 10.00 A.M. To 12.30 P.M., - December 25, 2025 (The Ice Rink Is Closed), - December 26, 2025, The Ice Rink Is Open From 1:00 P.M. To 9:00 P.M., On December 31, 2025, The Ice Rink Is Open From 10:00 A.M. To 3:30 P.M., And On January 1, 2026, The Ice Rink Is Open From 4:00 P.M. To 9:00 P.M. Every Day From 4:00 P.M. To 5:30 P.M., The So-Called Quiet Hours, Introduced With People On The Autism Spectrum In Mind. During This Time, The Music Is Turned Off.10) Operating The Ice Rink And The Rental Shop At All Times While They Are Open, Maintaining And Conserving The Ice Rink.11) Providing Residents With Skates In Various Sizes, Protective Helmets And Riding Lessons For Skating During The Opening Hours Of The Ice Rink. The Rental Of This Equipment Is To Be Possible Free Of Charge For Children And Teenagers Up To 18 Years Of Age And Adults Who Have A Valid Varsovian Card. Other People - A Fee Of Pln 10 (Apart From The Rental Of Helmets, Which Will Also Be Free For Adults).
