Part I - Desktop Computers With Monitors (14 Sets) And Portable Computers (5 Pieces), With Software. The Subject Of Part I Of The Order Is The Delivery Of: A) 14 Sets Of Desktop Computers, With Software (Described Later In The Order), Consisting Of: (I) Central Unit, (Ii) Monitor With Integrated Speakers, (Iii) Keyboard In The System Qwerty, (Iv) A Wired Computer Mouse, Connected To The Computer Via A Usb Port, (V) A Web Camera With A Built-In Microphone, Connected To The Computer Via A Usb Port. B) 5 Portable Computers (Laptop) With Software (Described Later In The Order). Desktop Computers And Portable Computers Must Meet The Minimum Technical Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz. All 14 Sets Of Desktop Computers Must Have The Same (Identical) Parameters; All 14 Desktop Sets Must Consist Of Identical Components. All 5 Portable Computers (Laptops) Must Come From The Same Manufacturer And Be Of The Same Model. The Purpose Of This Provision Is To Reduce Operating Costs And Administrative Burdens Related To The Operation Of The Subject Of The Order. In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of December 17, 2010 On The Basic Conditions Necessary For The Implementation Of Teaching, Educational And Care Tasks And Curricula By Schools And Teachers (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 9, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ministry Of National Education Regulation), It Is Required That The Manufacturer Of A Desktop Computer (Set) And The Manufacturer Of A Portable Computer (Laptop) Have: 1) An Iso 9001 Quality Management System Certificate; 2) Iso 14001 Environmental Management Certificate. The Desktop Computer (Set) And The Portable Computer Must Have: 1) The Eu Declaration Of Conformity And The Ce Marking; 2) Tco Or Epeat Certificate. Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Ministry Of National Education, The Required Performance Of Desktop Computers Cannot Be Lower Than In The Test: A) Crossmark - At Least 1,400 Points, Or B) Procyon Office Productivity - At Least 5,700 Points, Or C) Geekbench 6 Single-Core - At Least 3,800 Points And Multi-Core - At Least 14,000 Points. Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Ministry Of National Education, Due To The Purpose Of The Subject Of The Order, The Required Performance Of Portable Computers (Laptop) Cannot Be Lower Than In The Test: A) Crossmark - At Least 1,400 Points, Or B) Procyon Office Productivity - At Least 5,700 Points, Or C) Geekbench 6 Single-Core - At Least 3,600 Points And Multi-Core - At Least 13 000 Points.
