The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Access Control And Monitoring Installations For 10 Shelters For Solid Waste Collection Containers, Together With The Necessary Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Following Buildings: 1) Ul. Kościuszki 16, 18, 20 And Ul. Wigierska 3,2) Ul. Kościuszki 44.3) Ul. Kościuszki 91A,4) Ul. Dwernickiego 9.5) Ul. Gałaja 23.6) Ul. Konopnicka 14.7) Ul. 1 Maja 27A,8) Ul. Raczkowska 183.9) Ul. Chłodna 16,10) Ul. Polish Army 23.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order (10 Pieces), And Additionally, Bills Of Quantities, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz.4. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Opz, Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.5. The Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Completed Construction Works Is A Minimum Of 3 Years, A Maximum Of 4 Years, Counting From The Date Of The Official Acceptance Of The Works.6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, The Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.7. If Trademarks Are Used In The Opz Documentation (Description Of The Subject Of The Order), It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Opz Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 8. The Use Of Labels In The Opz Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party.
