Non-Hazardous Refuse And Waste Treatment And Disposal Services – Collection And Management Of The Oversize Fraction From Municipal Waste Segregation, Code 191212, With A Heat Of Combustion Of 13-15 Mj/Kg. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is Collection And Management Of The Oversize Fraction From The Segregation Of Municipal Waste, Code 191212, With A Combustion Heat Of 13-15 Mj/Kg 1. The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order - From The Date Of Signing The Contract To June 30, 2025. 2. The Total Amount Of Oversize Fraction To Be Collected - Up To 4226.46 Mg. 3. The Waste Comes From The Processing Of Mixed Municipal Waste In A Sorting Plant Equipped With A Drum Screen, Optical Separator, Ballistic Separator And Sorting Tables. 4. Heat Of Combustion 13 - 15 Mj/Kg 5. The Ordering Party May Reduce The Order By 20% Of The Total Quantity. Due To The Difficult To Predict Amount Of Waste To Be Collected, The Estimated Amount Specified In Section 2 Of This Paragraph May Be Changed. Therefore, During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit This Quantity By A Maximum Of 20%. Reducing The Amount Of Waste In This Respect Will Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party, In Particular For Payment Of Remuneration For The Unrealized Part Of The Contract And For Payment Of Compensation In Connection With The Reduction Of The Estimated Quantity. In This Situation, An Annex Is Not Required. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor A Minimum Of 80% Of The Estimated Amounts Of Waste To Be Collected During The Duration Of The Contract. 6. Reception In The Amount Of Approximately 500 – 800 Mg/Month During The Term Of The Contract, On Average Monthly Approximately 600 Mg. 7. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Upon Written Or Telephone Request For The Collection Of Waste. It Is Possible To Order Collection Electronically. 8. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Amount Of Waste Collected May Change, However, It Guarantees The Size Of A Single Collection Within The Limits Of The Full Capacity Of The Contractors Means Of Transport, Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party. Due To The Above, The Contractor Cannot Make Any Additional Claims To The Ordering Party For The Total Amount Of Waste Collected During The Settlement Period, Within The Limits Of The Indicated Tolerance. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Ordered Waste Within 48 Hours. From The Moment Of Order. 10. Transport Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 11. Waste Form: Bales, Possibly Loose. 12. Place Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order: Ex Agencja Komunalna Sp. Z O. O. - Waste Management Plant, 32-620 Brzeszcze Ul. Graniczna 48. From 7.00 A.M. To 7.00 P.M. 13. Loading Of The Over-Sieve Fraction On The Ordering Partys Side. (Possible Sets Of 2 X 38 M3, Or Moving Floors). 14. The Contractor Must Have An Installation For The Management Of Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order In The Process Of Recovery And Have A Permit For The Processing Or Disposal Of Waste 191212 Issued By The Relevant Authorities. 15. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Waste Management Through Storage. 16. Weighing Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Premises At The Waste Management Plant (Zgo) In Brzeszcze At Ul. Graniczna 48 On An Inrun Scale With A Capacity Of 40 Tons. The Ordering Party Has Full Capacity
