Management-Related Services-Selection Of A Team For Organization And Management Of Project Bg-Rrp-11.010-0079 Reconstroster Of The Home For Old People St. Rilski , Radomir In The Part Of The Bg-Rrp-11.010 Conducting And Delivery Of Equipment And Delivery “Modernization Of Long -Term Care” By The Component “Social Inclusion”. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Select A Contractor To Provide External Experts Engaged In The Organization And Management Of The Approved Project Proposal For The Implementation Of Investment Under The Radomir Municipality, Funded By Providing Funds Under The Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism. Through The Assignment Of The Service, The Municipality Of Radomir Aims To Achieve At Least The Following: Reducing The Workload Of The Administration; Attracting A Contractor Who Has Competence In Project Management And Special Knowledge In The Field Of Projects; Sharing The Risks Of Timely And Quality Project Implementation; Guaranteeing The Proper Spending And Reporting Of Funds And Avoiding Non -Recognition Of Cnd Expenses; Achieving The Goals And Planned Results Within You Plan Investment. The Expected Results Of The Execution Of The Contract Are: Effective Coordination And Organization Of The Intended Activities Within The Project And The Successful, Timely And Qualitative Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Set Budget, Terms And Indicators. Management Is A Key Activity That Takes Place Throughout The Project. This Activity Will Ensure Its Effective Implementation. Accordingly, The Organization, Management And Reporting Of Project Activities Is Intended To Be Carried Out Through A Project Management Team (Eup). The Eup Will Consist Of External Experts. The Distribution Of Responsibilities Between The Team Members Is Made In A Way That Guarantees The Division Of Functions And Reliable Mechanisms For Controlling The Work Of The Management Team And The Contractors Of Activities Assigned To External Contractors Under The Project.
